The above dataset is consist of a total of 91,362 high quality SNPs genotyped with 140 lima bean accessions in a study titled " Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Lima Bean (Phaseolus lunatus L.) Landraces from Ethiopia and Other Regions: Insights from Genome-Wide Genetic Markers
