Abstract
New detector.full_well gives the SW detector the CCD42-40's full well, 150,000 e- per pixel, which is below the 182,000 e- the FEE digitises; nothing is clipped at it, it marks the pixels a frame would saturate. (#98) --goft-temperature-chunk computes the contribution functions a number of temperatures at a time, which needs less memory and gives the same result. (#104) Requirements Python 3.11 or later, tested on 3.11 to 3.14; on Python 3.10, pip installs 0.10.0. (#103) Minimum versions of the dependencies: fiasco 0.5, numpy 2.0, astropy 6.1.5, ndcube 2.3, specutils 2.0, reproject 0.14, sunpy 6.0, h5py 3.11, matplotlib 3.8.4, dask 2024.9.1 and joblib 1.2, so pip upgrades older releases that are already installed. (#99, #103) Licence Publishing results no longer needs the author's permission; the SOLAR-C SWG's approval is still needed to publish forward modelling results for SOLAR-C/EUVST. (#100) Changes to output Uniform-intensity lines are integrated over each detector pixel, as synthesised lines are, so lines narrower than about half a pixel put fewer photons on the detector and every uniform-intensity line comes out slightly wider; their uncertainties are larger, most for the narrowest lines. Runs from a synthesis file are unchanged. (#97) Maps are labelled DN with every supported sunpy; with sunpy older than 6.0 they were labelled ct. (#103)
