DanteTrb/PB2PD: v3 — Clean Scientific Reports revision repository

This release provides a cleaned notebook-based repository for the revised Scientific Reports submission. Main changes: Removed obsolete Streamlit/webapp files, trained models, templates, and deployment artifacts. Removed local/system files and previous generated assets not required for reproducibility. Added reviewer-response notebooks for leakage-safe pipeline checks and additional revision analyses. Updated README and requirements to align the repository with the revised manuscript scope. Preserved a lightweight notebook-based structure without clinical datasets or trained model binaries.
