The atlas includes 101 healthy, pediatric hearts including younger hearts aged 2 and 6. This repository corresponds to a resubmission of the pediatric atlas work to Medical Image Analysis. Extra supplemental data is included in the Zenodo upload (AtlasFile.zip): The EDES pediatric healthy atlas (EDESatlas.mat) MATLAB file containing the individual shape scores (ScoresShape.mat) The z-scores describing the projections of the tetralogy of fallot cohort against the healthy normative atlas (zScoresTOF_ped.mat)
