Abstract

This dataset contains all input alignments, configuration files, scripts, and resulting trees used to perform the phylogenetic analyses described in the manuscript on the diversity of Lecanicephalidea (Platyhelminthes: Cestoda) in the Western Tropical Atlantic. Analyses were conducted using IQ-TREE (Nguyen et al. 2015) for maximum-likelihood inference.
