Abstract

Code and data tables needed to reproduce the figures and analysis in Favaro et al. Cancer Research Communications 2026 (provisionally accepted). Software to program KingFisher instruments for automated cell-free DNA extraction from canine blood samples using the MagMAX cell-free DNA kit (Applied Biosystems), accompanied by instrument report and a description of manual steps used for final elution.
