Update Notice — Covenant of Dynastic Balance v1.15 Covenant of Dynastic Balance v1.15 introduces a more mature constitutional framing of participation, control boundaries, evidentiary integrity, and legal enforceability across the Covenant architecture. This release clarifies that symbolic, advisory, ethical, dynastic, state, institutional, corporate, and private participation may be real and meaningful without becoming controlling, while preserving founder-protected sovereignty, bounded command, and anti-capture discipline. Key updates in v1.15 Stronger admissibility doctrine. The document now makes the open admission pathway much clearer: exceptionally aligned states, institutes, corporations, foundations, strategic bodies, and private persons may be symbolically admitted, but such standing remains non-controlling unless separately vested through the applicable legal and TGA framework. Major constitutional reinforcement through Annex APC. The new control-boundary logic is one of the strongest parts of this release: it cleanly separates standing from command, blocks symbolic conversion into governance, and explains why asymmetrical founder control is lawful, intelligible, and anti-capture rather than deceptive. The disciplinary layer now reads less like symbolic ornament and more like an internal constitutional process with inquiry, hearing, judgement, appeal, and reconciliation pathways. Formalized release identity. The closing release block identifies this version as FSI-GSC-DB-v1.15-MASTER-2026-03-16, dated 03/16/2026. Notes This version significantly improves the document’s internal logic. It is more coherent, more protected against misreading, and much stronger in how it explains the difference between real participation and governing control. It also does a better job of preventing outsiders from treating symbolic inclusion as a hidden path to capture.
