OPEnSLab-OSU/Loom-V4: 4.9.1-beta.7

v4.9.1-beta.7 This package is based off of 4.8 with added features. The beta's before this one were based off of 4.9, with changes to the watchdog, hypnos changes, and more. This package will include: Network Time Fix (release/4.8-restore-networkTimeFix) Daylight Savings Fix (release/4.8-restore-dSavingFix) Memory Footprint Reduction (release/4.8-restore-memReduction) SD Speed (release/4.8-restore-SDSpeed) Each change has its own branch for individual testing. There is also a branch for cumulative fixes to 4.8, and a branch strictly for 4.8 as a control. 4.8 (release/4.8-restore) 4.8 w/ cumulative features (release/4.8-restore-allFeats) The difference between this package and the 4.8 package is that it includes the dependencies required by WISP, including: Updated Multiplexer code New SEN66 code SEN66 hardware library Tweaked DFRobot library (replacing Arduino Strings with Const Char Pointers) Test Method Set up multiple hardware stacks, at least two for testing. If limited to two, have one with release/4.8-restore as the branch, and another with release/4.8-restore-allFeats as the branch. If you have more two, it is recommended to run all of the above feature branches to isolate any possible fail points. Ideally, the allFeats runs for at least 3 weeks. The other feature branches for at least 1.5 weeks.
