Non-Circular Operational Identification of the Gravitational Constant đș & â in Causal Memory Gravity
Abstract
We provide a non-circular, necessity-level identity-by-protocol theorem: in a weak/intermediate, coarse-grained regime, the unique universal coupling Îșâ\kappa_\astÎșâ selected by the observable law and its calibration must equal the metrologically defined constant Îș\kappaÎș. In the gravitational instance this identifies Îșâ\kappa_\astÎșâ with Newtonâs constant GGG (within the Causal Memory Gravity framework); in the interferometric/spectroscopic instance it identifies Îșâ\kappa_\astÎșâ with Planckâs constant â\hbarâ (via the phaseâaction, energyâfrequency, and momentumâwavevector interfaces). Equality follows from the uniqueness of the admissible observable relations and the shared calibration procedures, not from a first-principles derivation of the numerical value of the constant. No claim is made to predict that numerical value. The program is grounded in informationism, in the spirit of Wheelerâs âIt from Bitâ (1990) and Floridiâs informational ontology (2011), which regard information as a fundamental constituent of reality.
