This release contains the updated (June 2026) and full R analysis code, project structure, and environment specification (renv) used for the manuscript: Hammes et al., "Resilience Beyond Diagnosis: Prospective Neural Correlates of Better-Than-Expected Outcomes in Depression" Main changes include implementation of nested, out-of-sample predictions within the ridge-penalized regression, exploratory analyses of longitudinal predictor and clinical course indicator changes, and updated helper functions. Contents: Data cleaning and preprocessing scripts Ridge-penalized regression pipeline (via glmnet) Residual-based resilience score calculation MRI analysis preparation (ROI and whole-brain) Helper functions and plotting scripts renv.lock for full reproducibility Notes: Raw FOR2107/MACS cohort data cannot be shared due to data protection rules, but is available upon request. This snapshot corresponds exactly to the analyses reported in the manuscript. Future updates will be tagged as new versions (v1.1.0, v2.0.0, etc.). A DOI will be assigned automatically by Zenodo for this release.
