Abstract

Processed data and derived analysis artifacts supporting a study of peritumoral niche associations in colorectal liver metastases. The package contains FDZS-1 imaging mass cytometry data as a 35-marker by 2,018,260-cell SingleCellExperiment, FDZS-3 single-cell RNA-seq data as an AnnData object with 35,900 cells, FDZS-4 spatial transcriptomics data as an AnnData object with 17,902 Bin100 spots and 30 normalized RCTD cell-type abundances, Supplementary Tables 1-4, patient-level ISR and RFS tables, an ROI-level cell-composition matrix, and SpMap reference labels, grouped partitions, performance summaries, out-of-fold predictions, selected model weights, and CONCH features. Public identifiers comprise B/W research pseudonyms for FDZS-1, FDZS2-P and FDZS2-WSI release identifiers, FDZS3-P001 through FDZS3-P006, and FDZS4-P001 through FDZS4-P009.
