Abstract

CHA_integrate.py - a standalone script exposing the same operations from notebooks as reusable functions and as a command-line entry point, so they can be run on user's own atlas and connectome for the species covered currently (mouse, rat, marmoset, macaque, and human) Updated README with instructions to run this script
