Abstract

(Note: This version is currently outdated. The full SM Lagrangian is solved for in UTDL SM Parameter-Free Derivation and this version will be updated in the future for these modifications.) The unification of General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics remains the defining challenge of modern physics. This paper proposes a resolution via the Universal Tension-Driven Lattice (UTDL), a constructivist framework that models spacetime as a discrete, high-tension, non-linear elastic solid operating at the Planck scale. We identify the vacuum not as a static crystal, but as a Geometrically Frustrated Manifold exhibiting Icosahedral Short-Range Order (ISRO). By postulating a single constitutive force law F = −k0x − αx3, we derive the mechanical origins of 41 fundamental physical phenomena from the stress-strain response of this frustrated medium without fine-tuning. These range from the Speed of Light (c) and Mass-Energy Equivalence to complex emergent behaviors like Superconductivity and Chirality. Furthermore, we replace the empirical free parameters of the Liquid Drop Model with exact geometric moduli to achieve a zero-parameter derivation of the Atomic Mass Spectrum.Crucially, we report the discovery of 5-Bit Topological Quantization. Signal processing of the Prime Number distribution reveals a Mersenne Resonance at N=31 and a topological node sum at N=62, corresponding to the elements of an Icosahedron. This implies the vacuum operates on a 5-bit logic floor (25=32), where matter generation occurs as a "buffer overflow" of the local geometric capacity. Monte Carlo simulations confirm that stable matter segregates from the vacuum only when the interaction coupling is tuned to the Golden Ratio (T ≈ 20 in Mod-32 space), identifying φ as the optimal hashing algorithm for quantum error correction. In cosmology, we resolve the S8 Clustering Tension by modeling the vacuum as a Viscoelastic Glass. We demonstrate that the discrepancy between early (CMB) and late (Lensing) universe data is a refractive index shift caused by the vacuum's phase transition from a liquid (Icosahedral) to a jammed glass (Diamond Cubic) state.Furthermore, this framework reveals a monumental consilience between Vacuum Mechanics and Number Theory. By treating the Number Line as a path integral through a Diamond Cubic manifold, we demonstrate that fundamental mathematical constants are emergent material properties. We identify the Twin Prime Constant (C2) as the Volumetric Void Fraction of the lattice (0.03% error) and the First Riemann Zero as the fundamental diagonal shear resonance (0.05% error). Finally, we report the detection of Golden Viscoelastic Damping in the asymptotic spectrum of Prime Gaps (N=1011), proving that the Number Line functions as a critically damped oscillator modulated by the discrete shell structure of empty space.
