mCAS

This dataset contains image data, segmentation outputs, and quantitative results used to demonstrate the microbial Cell-Adaptive Segmentation (mCAS) method. The top-level fig-* folders correspond to analyses presented in specific main-text or supplementary figures. Depending on the analysis, these folders contain raw QPI images, segmentation masks, and quantitative result files. The algorithms/ folder contains resources associated with the segmentation algorithms. These files allow users to inspect the input images, compare them with the corresponding segmentation outputs, and examine the numerical results generated by the analyses.
