Data: How accurately do species distribution models predict the expansion of invasive insects, and does climate data choice matter? Insights from the invasion of Dryocosmus kuriphilus
Abstract
This archive contains all R scripts and data used for preprocessing climate data, generating bioclimatic variables, checking and removing multicollinearity, fitting species distribution models (GLM, Maxent, RF), building ensemble predictions, and producing final spatial projections. The code covers the full workflow from raw environmental data to model evaluation and mapping.
