Abstract

This revised paper presents a documentary and structural analysis of ENSO’s relationship to the contemporary recursion-based physics literature that developed through 2025–2026. Its principal focus is the specific architecture introduced in the February 2025 ENSO papers QUIET–ER: Quantum Unified Interacting Emergent Theory – Emergent and Relational and The Unfreezing of Time: Resolving the Wheeler–DeWitt Paradox via Emergent Vacuum Dynamics. These works developed a structured-vacuum model in which a homogeneous vacuum mode ψ0\psi_0 serves as an intrinsic clock, a vacuum-dependent lapse N(ψ0)N(\psi_0) defines emergent temporal evolution, the Critical Unity Dynamic provides a stability/transition condition, and semiclassical factorisation yields a Hamilton–Jacobi to Schrödinger evolution bridge. The present paper examines the extent to which closely related structures subsequently appeared as assumptions or starting principles within contemporary recursive frameworks. The revised analysis also clarifies the history of ENSO’s later π\pi–ϕ\phi–ee programme. Geometrical relationships among these constants predate ENSO and are explicitly acknowledged. Within ENSO, however, the three-constant architecture became operationally explicit through the 2025 Keyhole expression for the fine-structure constant and was subsequently developed into distinct roles involving recursion, closure and continuous transformation. The Keyhole expression is treated here historically rather than as established physics; later ENSO work has explicitly subjected this class of result to numerological and null-test scrutiny. The paper therefore distinguishes four questions that are often conflated: earlier mathematical precedent, independent convergence, chronological priority, and documented exposure. It makes no claim that similarity alone establishes copying, plagiarism or misconduct. Instead, it reconstructs the public sequence of ideas, identifies where ENSO clearly predates later formulations, acknowledges where prior art exists, and examines cases in which closely corresponding structures appeared later without citation or independent derivational explanation. The revised version also corrects several claims in the original paper. In particular, explicit triadic geometry is no longer projected retrospectively into the February 2025 papers, and the stronger causal claim that ENSO “generated” the recursion field has been withdrawn. The central historical finding is narrower and better supported: within the contemporary recursion corpus examined here, ENSO developed an integrated vacuum-to-time derivational architecture before closely corresponding recursive structures became widespread, and later developed a distinct π\pi–ϕ\phi–ee functional architecture with a clear timestamped provenance. The purpose of the paper is to provide a careful, timestamped reference point for future work on emergent time, recursive identity, vacuum dynamics, closure, and the provenance of modern recursion frameworks.
