Evaluating impacts of site preparation and fragment size on coral outplanting success at a highly degraded reef site
Abstract
Datasets and codes for evaluating growth and survivorship of outplanted fragments on an impacted reef on northern Great Barrier Reef (GBR). These datasets and codes contain the growth, survivorship, dislodgement, algae cover and changes in coral colour (grayscale) on outplanted coral fragments. Additionaly environmental data: benthic cover and temperature are also added.
