Abstract

Abstract Contemporary medicine faces an epistemological limitation due to its reactive approach. This paper proposes the Metabolic Solvency Theory, redefining health as the thermodynamic maintenance of Vital Asymmetry (Sopt>1). We introduce the PHH Master Equation (Sopt = [(F x G) x (E x T)] / [∑ J + 1]) to operationalize the human phenotype into algebraic macrostates. By postulating Fundamental Laws and Biological Theorems, the model demonstrates that clinical intervention can be mathematically calculated. This framework enables the Reverse Engineering of treatments (Computational Pharmacology), facilitating the transition to predictive Clinical Metabolic Engineering and laying the algorithmic foundation for the human Digital Twin.
