Abstract

Eternal Relay Cosmology (ERC) is a singularity-free cyclic model in warped 11D braneworlds derived from standard M-theory. The observable universe is one cycle in an infinite stack of superimposed branes differing by minimal frequency shifts or Planck-scale separations in the extra dimension. Localised tachyon condensation opens transient throats enabling soft, unidirectional energy/matter/information transfer between variants. This mechanism unifies the CMB dipole (631 km/s), coherent bulk flow (>300 Mpc), Cold Spot and large-scale structures without inflation or dedicated dark energy. Neutrino multi-phase superposition across adjacent variants resolves reactor anomalies, long-baseline distortions and IceCube PeV events. Dark matter arises purely as accumulated gravitational remnants from millions of previous cycles. The model delivers five sharp, falsifiable predictions testable in 2026–2035 experiments.
