Abstract

This repository contains the manuscript, Python analysis code, figures, and reproducibility pipeline for the study “Reconstruction, Spectral Forensics, and Multiband Residual Analysis of a Nonlinear Triple-Slit Optical Experiment.” The work reconstructs and extends the analysis of a nonlinear triple-slit optical experiment using publicly available data from the original Zenodo dataset Nonlinear triple-slit experimental dataset, Zenodo repository, https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5775886. . It reconstructs the experimental Sorkin parameter κexp(Z)\kappa_{\mathrm{exp}}(Z)κexp(Z), fits an effective Transverse-Coherence Three-beam model (TCT), generates an ideal noise-free reference simulation, and performs residual-based spectral analysis using FFT and Continuous Wavelet Transforms. The fitted TCT model reproduces the experimental curve with a correlation of approximately 0.999970. The residuals are shown to contain coherent multiband structures rather than white noise, with components compatible with environmental microseismic activity, laboratory mechanical resonances, slow instrumental drifts, and localized transient perturbations. These results indicate that the nonlinear triple-slit setup acts both as an optical coherence probe and as an unintended sensor of environmental vibrations. The full analysis is reproducible through the master script run_all.py, which executes the complete pipeline and regenerates the numerical outputs and PNG figures used in the manuscript. The raw experimental files are third-party public data associated with the original nonlinear triple-slit experiment and are included or referenced only for reproducibility. The original dataset and publication should be cited when reusing those data.
