Erratum — Version 1.1.1

Version 1.1.1 is an erratum release. It contains every v1.1 file unchanged, plus thisdocument. Re-analysis of the code published in v1.1 identified one sign error in the text,one mislabeled regime, one control value that cannot be reproduced, one implementationbug, one dimensional inconsistency in a proposed equation, and one comparison thatdoes not test the prediction it was applied to. The central negative finding of Section 7 isunaffected and is strengthened: the first-power group ReEOS = ρ f LEOS2/ηC does notcollapse the simulated transition (R2 ≈ 0.78). The v1.1 files are retained unchanged inv1.1.1 so that this erratum can be read against them. Where this erratum and the v1.1text differ, the erratum takes precedence
