Vacuum Stiffness Evolution and Its Observable Consequences from Atoms to Earth Scale
Abstract
We present a unified framework within \emph{Stiffness Field Cosmology} (SFC) tointerpret several apparently disconnected physical anomalies as manifestationsof a single process: the slow evolution of vacuum stiffness $K$.By enforcing amplitude--flux conservation in a non-metric elastic vacuum, wederive the scaling relation $A_{\mathrm{vac}}^2 \propto K^{-1/2}$.This framework provides a coherent explanation for the$\sim50\,\mu\mathrm{g}$ divergence of the International Prototype Kilogram (IPK),the suppression of radioactive decay in biological systems, and the fractionalfrequency drift observed in atomic clocks. We show that these effects are modulated by a geometric exposure parameter$S/M$, linking macroscopic metrology to nuclear-scale phenomena through acommon vacuum stiffening rate of order$\dot{K}/K \sim 10^{-18}\,\mathrm{s}^{-1}$.
