Abstract

This revised version presents a concise formulation of Quantum Gravity with Emergent Topology (GQTE-MBs), focusing on the theoretical and mathematical foundations of Meta-Bubbles (MBs), emergent topology, discrete structures, and quantum-topological coherence. This version is shorter than the previous one and includes updated bibliographic references, including Beyond Spacetime: The Foundations of Quantum Gravity.
