Spacetime is treated as an active medium (Env) with a finite impedance that constrains how energy can flow, analogous to resistance in an electrical circuit. Within this medium, entropy is redefined as a regulating process that shapes energy into stable structures described by Stability(E) curves. The analysis focuses on a universal Stability(E) curve with a central “life window” around a peak Ψ, bracketed by a quantum tail at very small scales and a cosmic tail at very large scales. At the quantum tail, particles and bound states are interpreted as stability peaks in constrained energy landscapes, and orbital shapes emerge as three‑dimensional stability surfaces. At the cosmic tail, gravity generates analogous wells: planetary orbits, resonant architectures, galactic rotation curves, and the cosmic web are described as macroscopic flow solutions of the same Stability(E) geometry. SES formalizes the parallels between orbitals and orbits, shells and rings, quantization and resonance, and shows how individual stability curves combine into emergent envelopes for atoms, stars, and galaxies. The framework then reinterprets major cosmological puzzles—including the relation between quantum mechanics and general relativity, dark matter, vacuum energy, black holes, fine‑tuning, and the Fermi paradox—as stability‑curve and environmental‑constraint problems rather than fundamental inconsistencies. Paper 10 thus positions spacetime itself as the highest‑level environment in the E³ hierarchy and argues that its geometry is the large‑scale expression of a single thermodynamic law.
