Abstract

DNA sequence alignments of genes used in Bayesian analysis of phylogenetic relationships among species in the bacterial genus Vibrio. Also: Accession numbers of all genomes and loci; sampled trees (999) from the Bayesian posterior of each analyzed locus; consensus trees for loci with converged posterior distributions.
