The Quantum as Minimal Difference v2: The Sweep Cell Theorem
Abstract
We show that the dimensionless value of the universal action constant a* derived in Version 1 (Kapitanov, 2026) is not ℏ but the Euler number e = 2.71828..., so that the minimal phase-space cell is ΔΩ_min = (2πe)^n ≡ S^n, where S = 2πe is the Sweep Operator of Ontological Resolution Theory (ORT, Canon v17.2). The Homogeneous Resolution axiom, previously the weakest postulate, is derived from the uniqueness of S. The Planck constant ℏ is reinterpreted as a dimensionful conversion factor between the lattice's intrinsic resolution and SI units, carrying no independent ontological content. Zero free parameters. All results falsifiable.
