Abstract

This paper addresses the discrepancy between the theoretical Universal Fundamental Frequency (ω0 ≈ 7.77 Hz), derived from the Primordial Vortex Theory, and the observed Schumann Resonance on Earth (ωobs ≈ 7.83 Hz). We propose the concept of “Local Impedance” (Zlocal), where planetary geometry, atmospheric density, and electromagnetic shielding act as a filter, shifting the universal harmonic. This hypothesis suggests that the Schumann Resonance is not a universal constant, but a localized manifestation of the A-C Field interaction within a specific planetary cavity. Consequently, quantum calibration protocols must be adaptive, compensating for the local gravitational and electromagnetic gradient to achieve true synchronization with the cosmic background.
