Abstract
Data for Resistome and microbiome-immune interactions in an Eastern European population with high antibiotic use. Supplementary Tables 1-10 are described in the paper. Metagenomics contigs were assembled with Spades and are corresponding to the ARG genes reported in the study. More information is available in the Methods section of the paper.
