Abstract

LFIS–04 derives the Cadence Frame Matching condition (C52): the local admissibility rule governing curvature exchange between adjacent Light Frames. The volume reformulates frame matching in canonical angular form, replacing the older raw Light Frame Ratio chart with a coordinate-safe description based on angular orientation, capacity headroom, and orientation compatibility. This treatment resolves the light-reference boundary problem by showing that the angular coordinate remains well-defined where the interior LFR chart fails. Direct curvature transfer is locally admissible only when the receiving frame has capacity headroom, the frame orientations are compatible, and the angular mismatch lies within the structural tolerance. When direct transfer fails, curvature must route inward as stored depth, outward as radiation/discharge, or temporarily form a wall state until routing becomes possible. LFIS–04 supplies the local-to-local continuity and routing infrastructure used by the representability, boundary, drift-sink, electrodynamic, measurement, and cosmological volumes of the Light Frame Infrastructure Series.
