Abstract

LFIS–09 establishes the electrodynamic sector of Light Frame Cadence Geometry: how photons propagate, shift, bend, and focus within representable curvature fields. The volume treats photons as transport-side excitations carried through the TS channel with no stored-depth component of their own, while their observed behaviour depends on the ambient TS/TD cadence field through which they propagate. The volume derives leading-order cadence interpretations of redshift, blueshift, lensing, and wavefront convergence. Redshift arises from path-integrated TS rebalancing; blueshift arises as an induced effect of TD-driven TS-capacity compression; lensing follows from transverse gradients of the ambient cadence field; and wavefront focusing/defocusing is governed by the transverse Laplacian of the TS field. Propagation across capacity boundaries is interpreted using the horizon and representability structure developed in LFIS–05 and LFIS–06. LFIS–09 supplies the optical and photon-transport infrastructure used by LFIS–10 measurement theory and by later quantitative treatments of redshift, lensing, horizon structure, and cosmological observation.
