Mims et al PERT Manuscript RT-qPCR Raw Data and Data Analysis
Abstract
This dataset contains all raw data (raw fluorescence values measured at each qPCR cycle for each sample) for the manuscript titled "An Optimized Product-Enhanced Reverse Transcriptase Assay for Sensitive and Quantitative Detection of HIV Viral Load and Phenotypic Drug Resistance" from Mims et al, as well as the analysis from each determined threshold cycle for all data.
