ELASTIC COHERENCE v1.2

This addendum supersedes the validation interpretation in Elastic Coherence v1.1 (March 2026) and corrects the reported simulation outcome in v1.0 (December 2025). The work is retained as an illustrative dynamical analogy for deviation and recovery. It does not establish a universal law of coherence, demonstrate informational-system failure, or provide empirical validation of an EOS mechanism. The v1.1 statements claiming physical substrate validation and an independently confirmed prediction are withdrawn. The earlier documents remain part of the version history and should be read with this correction. This addendum changes their interpretation and reported conclusions; it does not replace the original simulation code or figure.
