Abstract

This repository contains the data and R code associated with the manuscript Quantifying potential nutrient liberation following plant investment in root exudates: variation across soil profiles and ecosystems in the United States (currently In Review). Data is accompanied by a metadata file that includes variable descrpitions and units. In this release (v1.02), file names for script 05-09 were updated to reflect the fact that they include code for both figures and associated statistical analyses. The README file was updated to reflect the new file names. No changes to the actual code, figures, or analyses were made in this version.
