Abstract

All essential input files necessary to reproduce MD simulations and the results presented in this study have been publicly deposited at Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17861738). The deposited dataset includes the initial coordinate files, topology and parameter files, input scripts used for MD trajectory analysis, and output data, including MD-derived videos and PDB files of the final simulation snapshots.
