Le Spark Edge Youth Empowerment Project

The Le Spark Edge Youth Empowerment Framework is an innovative, biblically grounded, metadisciplinary model designed to address Kenya’s escalating youth unemployment crisis in the wake of the 2024 Finance Bill protests. Rooted in a synthesis of theological insight, economic strategy, and applied technology training, the framework aims to equip Gen Z with the competencies, mindset, and structures necessary for sustainable wealth creation. By integrating TVET and university graduates into a holistic ecosystem—comprising modern entrepreneurship tools, digital skills development, financial literacy, innovation labs, and comprehensive mentorship—the project seeks to resolve systemic barriers that hinder youth productivity and economic mobility. Submitted to Kenya Commercial Bank for funding consideration, Le Spark Edge proposes the establishment of a Youth Wealth Creation Complex, a scalable model that merges faith-based worldview formation with practical skills, technology adoption, and enterprise incubation. The initiative aspires to transform Kenya’s youth from economic dependents into competitive creators, innovators, and nation-builders, contributing directly to long-term economic stability, social cohesion, and intergenerational prosperity.
