Abstract

We sincerely invite experimental teams to collaborate in jointly testing the key theoretical predictions regarding the structure of neutron stars, the gravitational wave spectrum, and other related aspects. This paper proposes a unified theory of gravity based on the emergent effects of the quantum vacuum, whose core contribution lies in achieving a self-consistent cross-scale parameter closure from the quantum scale to the cosmological scale using only four microparameters calibrated by the Casimir effect. For the first time, the theory derives Newton’s gravitational constant G from first principles (with a deviation of 0.29% from the experimental measured value), and achieves a high-precision fit to the Galactic rotation curve without the assumption of dark matter (with a fitting residual of ±2.4 km/s). It also naturally deduces the relevant description of dynamic dark energy (with the equation-of-state parameter w≈−0.98). In the field of strong gravitational fields, the theory predicts an upper mass limit of 2.37 M⊙ for neutron stars, which is in highly good agreement with the current observational results; it also predicts that gravitational waves exhibit quantized spectral characteristics in the kilohertz frequency band, with the main resonance peak located near 1.8 kHz, providing verifiable signal targets for gravitational wave observational data such as GW170817. This study constructs a complete theoretical framework that enables quantitative calculation and cross-scale verification for revealing the quantum vacuum origin of gravity.
