sylvathle/FLARE: FLARE: Simulating the ICRP145 human phantom wearing a water-based garment
Abstract
This code simulates the ICRP145 human phantom, with or without a water-based protective vest inside an aluminum shell whose thickness can be modified at will. The source is generated isotropically; particles can be any ion (proton to nickel), electron/positron, deuteron, neutron, gamma... Energy distribution is logaritmic within a range that is tunable from macros. The code includes the C++/Geant4 scripts, a Python script for exporting the original ICRP145 from Blender to lists of tetrahedra, and a Python script for utilizing Galactic Cosmic Rays and Solar Particle Events spectra.
