Abstract

Unified Pattern Framework (UPF) presents a dynamical pattern-state ontology within the Structured Space Theory (SST) framework. In UPF, elementary particles, radiation, charge, mass, nuclear structure, and field-like behavior are interpreted not as independent primitives, but as stable or propagating pattern states of a discrete graviton lattice. The framework develops the microscopic pattern-language that complements SST’s geometric-gravitonic description of space and the formal derivations collected in Mathematical Foundations of SST (MF). UPF models matter and radiation through lattice phase organization, closure behavior, winding structure, inter-cluster coupling, and pattern propagation. It provides the conceptual basis for treating particles as persistent lattice excitations, radiation as propagating open modes, charge as phase-winding structure, and nuclear behavior as a consequence of closure topology and phase-compatible bonding. The framework is built to connect the physical intuition of SST with the mathematical and validation-facing derivations developed in MF. Version 2 is an alignment and consolidation update. It brings the UPF manuscript into closer agreement with the latest companion derivations in Structured Space Theory (SST) and Mathematical Foundations of SST (MF). The revision updates terminology, references, explanatory framing, and cross-document alignment so that UPF more clearly serves as the pattern-state and microscopic ontology layer of the broader SST/UPF framework. This version separates the UPF ontology from validation material now documented in companion records. Nuclear-stability, mass-bridge, isotope, and separation-energy validations are treated primarily in Mathematical Foundations of SST and its companion validation appendices, while UPF provides the pattern-state concepts and closure mechanisms underlying those derivations.
