Abstract

Changed Issues from HED file construction are now caught separately to provide more useful messages. Previously, they were caught by the default handler and displayed as internal HED errors. Improved logging formatter to provide more useful context. Fixed Issue with existence of HED column in context being improperly verified. Dangling symlinks are now reported as 0-sized files for the dataset summary. Previously, they could appear as NaN, polluting the summary and causing a crash. Infrastructure Drop fork of nifti-reader-js and depend on upstream module.
