Abstract

The following data/analysis files and result tables are available for Ecological, physiological, and evolutionarydrivers of stoichiometry in insects (Laborieux et al.):Primary files: cleaneddata_with_troph2.csv: raw stoichiometric + ecophysiological data resolved_trees.rds: 1000 randomly resolved trees based on... tree_clean_chrono_raw.newick: full phylogenetic tree for all 223 insect species present in cleaneddata_with_troph2.csv Stoich_final_analyses_LL.Rmd: full analysis pipeline (R Markdown) table_r2s.csv: summary of partial R-squared values for all PGLS models fitted to stoichiometric data In addition, the following results tables are available: • model_results_*.csv: PGLS or OLS (in the case of C content) summary tables with: -term -mean_estimate: parameter estimate for the term of interest, averaged across all trees -sd_estimate: standard deviation associated with mean_estimate -mean_t: mean t-value across all trees -mean_p: mean p-value across all trees (uncorrected) -prop_sig: proportion of trees for which p
