RTLI Coupling Cost and Scatter: Impedance Geometry with Vortex Stability Closure
Abstract
The mean deviation in coherence follows a strictly quadratic cost law derived from impedance geometry, while the observed scatter requires the Relational Vortex Principle (RVP) as closure. The mean law is falsifiable; the scatter law is transition-peaked, reflecting two stable attractors (Newtonian and MOND-like) separated by a marginally stable transition regime.
