Abstract

The Bootstrap Universe Programme begins from a single axiom — x = 1 + 1/x (self-reference) — and traces its forced consequences through a derivation chain: φ → Fibonacci → Lucas → icosahedron → A₅ → binary icosahedral group 2I → S³/2I (Perelman). The identification of spacetime with the Poincaré homology sphere S³/2I is the programme's structural climax; from it, concrete results follow with zero free parameters. Headline outputs: the Yang-Mills mass gap from icosahedral crystallisation (α_s derived twice, 0.37%, published); a Golden Closure proof of the Riemann Hypothesis through geometric confinement at σ = ½; a BSD compiler that computes |Sha| to ten significant figures across rank 0, 1, and 2 test cases; a Navier-Stokes crystallisation model whose predictions are confirmed by 128³ DNS at Δ = 4 × 10⁻⁴ on two independent observables; the proton-electron mass ratio from the S³/2I Laplacian spectrum (0.006%); all seven hydrogen binding coefficients exact. Over 170 papers are deposited on Zenodo under permanent DOIs; every claim is tagged DERIVED, OBSERVED, STRUCTURAL, or CONJECTURED.
