Abstract

A unified theoretical framework in which gravity emerges from inertial anisotropies in an expanding universe. The SUIM model reproduces Newtonian gravity, MOND phenomenology, and the predictions of general relativity without invoking dark matter, dark energy, or a fundamental gravitational force. This version includes a new Section 2.7 resolving the apparent Newton–Einstein conflict through emergent inertia.
