Numerical model code and datasets for "Tectonic pump closes the evolutionary loop for long-buried subseafloor microbes"

This record contains data files, processed tables, MATLAB scripts, and representative numerical-modeling code supporting the manuscript “Tectonic pump closes the evolutionary loop for long-buried subseafloor microbes.” The updated review package includes two components: (1) poroelastic fluid-flow modeling scripts and geometry/initial-condition files for subduction-zone wedge simulations, and (2) processed Costa Rica microbiome and USGS earthquake-catalog inputs, MATLAB analysis scripts, and Pearson/Spearman correlation tables supporting the microbial–seismic analysis. The organized package and detailed workflow description are provided in the README and accompanying zip archives.
