Perennial Snowpatch Analysis and Visualization Code
Abstract
This is the R script used for analysis and visualization of perennial snowpatch, glacier, PRISM, and Dana Meadows SWE data in our study of perennial snowfield change in Yosemite National Park. This has been updated from the prior version to reflect statistical tests for change in certain topographic traits of the snowpatches.
