Abstract

⚠️ EXPERIMENTAL — NOT FIELD TESTED UUP V6.11 adds a Foundation Principles layer (Layer 0.5) to V6.10: Be Good Make Effort Have Fun · Little Before Big · Ask Many Answer Few. Every later layer is read as an interpretation of these principles and yields to them in conflict. Why: in the author's experience and opinion, later Claude models show much less of the sycophancy UUP was built to counter, so many V6.10 layers are probably not fully in effect, and some may over-correct. V6.11 makes drift detection two-sided (reflexive challenge now counts as drift) and changes help requests from challenge-only to "do it, and challenge alongside." Files: V6.11 condensed protocol (paste-ready), the amendment on its own (for anyone with a modified V6.10), a discussion of the principles including a backtest against the October 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, the README, and the V6.10 full protocol carried forward. No session has yet been run under V6.11. Testing ideas and an open invitation are in the README. Feedback requested from users. Contact: uupprotocol@gmail.com
