Abstract

Abstract The Mindprint Maturity Model (MMM) is a conceptual module within the Human–System Coherence Toolkit (HuSCoT) that provides a structured framework for describing how individual cognitive–behavioral patterns stabilize, fragment, or mature over time. MMM models mindprints not as identities, traits, or psychological diagnoses, but as observable structural configurations—patterns of agency, coherence, responsibility handling, and feedback integration that emerge through interaction with environments, roles, and constraints. The model distinguishes between surface performance and underlying structural capacity, emphasizing maturity as a function of stability under load, not expressiveness or self-report. This module defines the MMM axes, maturity bands, and failure modes, and clarifies how MMM interfaces with related HuSCoT components such as the Consciousness-Modulatory Index (CMI). It explicitly avoids normative, therapeutic, or moral prescriptions, focusing instead on structural consequences and diagnostic clarity. MMM v1.0 is intended for analytical, evaluative, and design-adjacent contexts—including organizational analysis, human–AI interaction assessment, leadership development, and systems thinking—where understanding how cognition holds together under pressure is more important than what beliefs or narratives are expressed. All concepts and structures originate with the author. AI systems were used solely for critique, clarity checks, and formatting assistance under explicit human direction.
