Eryops1/cooccurrences: revisions_update_with_data

Extensive update adding uncertainty propagation, counterfactual simulations and lmerMultimembership models for trait analysis. This record contains a data zip folder holding all derived data needed to repeat this analysis. This folder includes: several gpkg files for plotting environmental data used in climate and landuse predictions .rds files with intermediate results for further processing or plotting uncertainty and counterfactual simulations data for species and results for pairwise correlations.
