Abstract

This paper proposes a unifying framework known as the Qualified Determinism Principle, which resolves the tension between classical stability, chaotic unpredictability, and quantum indeterminacy. The central thesis is that determinism is not an intrinsic property of the universe, but an emergent one that appears only when sufficient information is committed within a system. By introducing the relation R=\alpha C^2, this work demonstrates how informational complexity (C) generates curvature-like residue (R), effectively linking information theory with geometry. This framework provides a unified explanation for phenomena across scales, including: • Physics: Treating quantum decoherence as an information threshold rather than a fundamental break. • Chaos: Redefining chaotic unpredictability as determinism concealed by insufficient informational resolution. • Epistemology: Mapping Bayesian updating to physical wave function collapse. • History: Modeling civilizational cycles through informational curvature and constraint saturation.
