Mesolithic Hunter-Gatherer Adaptations to a Small Mediterranean Island Ecosystem on Malta
Abstract
Converted (.mzXML) and megerged (.msd) MALDI-ToF-MS spectra for 315 bone fragments from the Phase V Mesolithic deposits at Latnija, Malta. Raw spectra were processed and merged following Mylopotamitaki et al. (2024; https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-023-06923-7). An excel spreadsheet with a list of specimens, contextual information, and recorded peptides is also included.
